A child who found their voice
There was a quiet child who rarely spoke in group settings. During our Creature Characters workshop, they created a tiny hedgehog hero and began telling the group all about its adventures — how it searched for food, how it curled up safely, how it needed humans to protect its home.
Protectors of tiny lives
During our Eco-Builders workshop, a group of children built a miniature bug habitat. When they found a real woodlouse nearby, they gently placed it inside their creation and whispered, “We made this for you.” They checked on it all session and left talking about how to make more habitats at home. That’s empathy in action.
